Whistleblowing and Reporting Channels

The Company encourages both internal and external individuals to report any misconduct or breaches of integrity. A whistleblower policy is in place to ensure the confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity and the content of the report. The Company also commits to protecting whistleblowers from improper treatment or retaliation resulting from their disclosure.

Whistleblowers are advised to provide at least the following information when submitting a report:
  1. The whistleblower's name and national identification number (anonymous reporting is also accepted), along with contact details such as address, telephone number, or email address.
  2. The name of the individual being reported, or other identifiable information to determine the identity of the accused party.
  3. Specific evidence or circumstances sufficient to support an investigation.
