Sustainable supply chain management is a critical issue in global sustainable development. In fulfillment of its social responsibilities, promotion of environmental sustainability, and protection of fundamental human rights, we expect our suppliers to adopt the same principles and jointly uphold corporate social responsibility. In addition to conducting regular graded evaluations of suppliers, we also ask our suppliers to sign a "Supplier Corporate Social Responsibility Commitment" to confirm their awareness and understanding of our "Supplier Code of Ethical Conduct and Sustainability" and "Environmental, Safety, and Health Policy." Suppliers are expected to comply with these requirements and fulfill their civic duties within their respective scopes of responsibility, thereby contributing to the overall advancement of sustainable development.
To implement the principles of sustainable supply chain management outlined above, we have also taken the initiative in optimizing our internal procurement strategies to promote environmentally friendly practices. In support of local industrial development and to mitigate the environmental impact of carbon emissions generated during transportation, our procurement policy prioritizes local sourcing, provided that product quality and reliability are maintained. This approach strengthens the resilience of the local supply chain while achieving dual goals of economic efficiency and environmental sustainability.
