Compensation and Benefits
  • Reasonable salaries, year-end bonuses, and performance-based incentives are provided to employees.
  • In accordance with the Company's Articles of Incorporation, employee compensation is distributed from annual profits to ensure shared success. Monthly pension contributions are made to employees' individual pension accounts as mandated by relevant labor laws, alongside retirement policies that safeguard employee rights.
  • When the company conducts cash capital increases, a portion is reserved for employee subscription as stipulated by law.
  • Stock warrants are issued to employees in accordance with the Company's Articles, offering them the opportunity to share in the company's value.
Training and Development
  • Tailored training programs are provided based on employees' job responsibilities and development needs. These include onboarding programs, internal and external training sessions, health seminars, and other learning opportunities aimed at enhancing professional knowledge, skills, and the company's overall competitiveness.
Employee Benefits and Activities
  • Beyond compliance with labor regulations, the company offers a variety of allowance programs. A dedicated Employee Welfare Committee organizes events such as travel activities, staff gatherings, wedding/ funeral/ maternity support, and holiday gifts (e.g. vouchers), to foster a supportive working culture.

  • In addition to mandatory social insurance, the company provides group insurance to offer employees enhanced financial protection and peace of mind.
Health Protection
  • Annual health checkups are provided to all employees, complemented by on-site services from occupational nurses four times per month and occupational physicians four times per year. These services include health consultations to support employees in maintaining both physical and mental well-being.
  • Organize employee health promotion activities (e.g., weight management programs) and provide health-related knowledge to demonstrate care and actively promote employee well-being.
