Water Management

Arch Meter's water withdrawal is primarily used for domestic purposes by employees. All water sources for the facility are procured from third-party providers (Taiwan Water Corporation), with no usage of surface freshwater, seawater, or groundwater sources. All wastewater is either treated on-site through wastewater treatment systems or discharged directly - according to legal requirements - into the sewer system leading to the industrial park's wastewater treatment plant, and eventually released into the sea.
We utilized the Aqueduct Water Risk Atlas developed by the World Resources Institute (WRI) to assess water-related risks across all facilities. Based on this assessment, all facilities are located in regions classified as having Low to Medium water stress, indicating that our water withdrawal activities do not pose significant ecological impacts.
