Stakeholder Engagement Approach

The Company identifies stakeholders based on the interaction level across the five principles outlined in the stakeholder engagement standard: Responsibility, Influence, Tension, Diverse Perspectives, and Dependency, considering factors such as capital market positioning, industry characteristics, and operational model. For each stakeholder group, the Company has established multiple communication channels to receive and respond to their needs. Surveys referencing the topics defined in the GRI Standards for Sustainability Reporting are also conducted to assess stakeholders' levels of concern regarding sustainability issues.
